Weekly Update 10/7/13

We had a great day at Life Community yesterday as Jarred Ralph came forward to profess his faith! We are thankful for Jarred and look forward to baptizing Him at our Birthday service on October 27th. Our Birthday Service will be the conclusion of our campaign and the beginning of a new year for LCC. This will be a potluck meal, a worship service, with a baptism, and vision casting for our next steps. You don’t want to miss what God is doing. The event will begin at 6:30.
We also had an amazing 101 yesterday with 19 people in attendance! Let’s pray for all those who went through 101 as they make the decision if Life Community is the church for them or not.
We are thankful that they took time to explore church membership. As we press forward with our Campaign, we are reminded that God has called us to Become Like Christ. I continue to challenge you to grow closer to God through daily bible study and quiet time. It’s critical that we grow closer to Christ…it’s one of our purposes.
William Beeler has done an amazing job of creating a church database for us. part of that database allows us to take our prayer request and generate it into a very nice form. I have included our prayer request in this email so we can begin to pray for these request.
